Quick Answer
Steam lists two related items for Farm to Fortune: a free Demo and a Supporter Pack priced at $1.59. The base game costs $2.99 with a launch discount of 40% (down to $1.79 at launch). Neither DLC is required to play: the demo is a trial and the supporter pack is an optional way to back the developer.
The free demo
The Demo is listed as free on Steam and lets you try the core loop before buying. If you are unsure whether the relaxing pace and mouse-first farming loop is for you, start there. The demo's exact content scope beyond the base loop is not detailed on the store listing, so treat specifics as unconfirmed.
The Supporter Pack

The Supporter Pack costs $1.59 and exists to support the developer, Ctrl Alt Defeat. The Steam listing does not detail its contents in the materials reviewed here, so whether it includes cosmetics or extras is unconfirmed. Buying it changes nothing about the base game's systems.
What the base game already includes
At $2.99 the base game includes the full progression: the complete crop roster and fruit trees, the greenhouse, beehives, compost, sprinklers, all three machines, contracts, market stalls, prestige, 100 achievements, Steam Cloud saves, full controller support, and a mouse-only option. There are no gameplay-critical purchases beyond the base game itself.
Buying checklist
- Try the free Demo first if unsure
- Buy the base game at $2.99 (or less during launch discount)
- Add the Supporter Pack only if you want to back the studio
Two DLC entries sit beside the base game: a free Demo for testing the loop and a Supporter Pack priced at $1.59. The base game itself costs $2.99, and the launch discount cuts it to $1.79, which means the Supporter Pack costs roughly the same as the discounted game. Neither pack is required to reach any of the 100 achievements.
